hey dan to end youre frustration i had my wife help me with this for you she calculated the numbers for you for morris county because im no good in math the upper for band plan 1 is 472.7375 and the upper for band plan 2 is 478.9875 ok i asked her to do it because she does payroll for a living and is way better than me in math hopefully this helps ya Danny...
