CalEMA HF frequencies?

I am looking for CalEMA HF frequencies that might be used with the MIGU's (Mobile Interoperable Gateway Unit) that are being deployed.

Any idea where I'd look for those? I found a site that listed a number of frequencies but I'm looking for a more official list from Cal EMA (with no luck so far)

Have you tried the California Interoperability Field Guide (Cal-IFOG) ?
