http://www.sjgov.org/oes/PDF/Cal-IFOGv.1.0.pdf

This 2010 document lists some low band freqs from California

Yuba County - Fire - PSAP Net - 46.16 R - 46.40 in - multi PLs

Kern County - Law Low Band Net - 45.06 R - 42.38 in

Riverside County - West County Disaster Net - 33.92 R - 33.50 in - I think the PL on the repeater output is 167.9 - I think there are 2 input PLs (110.9 & 123.0)

Tuolumne County Aid Net - 45.54 - PL 192.8

I have no idea if these freqs are actually ever used - but they are listed

I logged 31.180 during the annual earthquake drill the state does. Otherwise that frequency isn't very active. But it still shows up on the PDF document at Box Springs, Elsinore Peak and Santa Rosa, so I keep it programmed in my scanner.

Thanks Brandon. It has been 20 or 30 years since I have heard California skip - but I will keep my ears open.
