Spent the morning at the museum today and heard them using 160.440 (analog CSQ) for the Sacramento Southern demonstration train.
While in the museum I heard the docents using radios but nothing was heard on their licensed 160.440 and 160.335 and nothing was heard with CloseCall either. They seem to be using some sort of DMR portables and in simplex mode CloseCall usually doesn't hit. I could not tell if they were using VHF or UHF radios as they were under their jackets and they used speaker mics.
Yesterday I heard the museum come up on 161.550 to talk to the UP dispatcher so they could cross over to the shops across the main.
