Call letters

Can someone help me identify the user for this frequency: WQCX461 on 156.165 MHz. I can hear them from the Jersey City area but I can't find anything with those call letters in the database on this site.

When I have a call sign, I go to my browser's Favorites pull down menu, and use the FCC's own website directly. Click on http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/reports/index.cfm select Call sign, enter WQCX461 and presto...

The FCC database shows this user to be "Waterfront Commission of New york".
The antenna is located atop the building at 1 Chase Manhattan Plaza at 280 meters
in height. The license also shows a mobile frequency of 156.1725 as well as the
original frequency you provided. I would guess that you may be listening to a
repeater, it is licensed with an FB2 designator.

This information is available in the FCC "ULS' database for anyone to obtain.

that is actually the input for the waterfront commission... their receive freq is 154.8 pl 136.5 which before the turned down their power, used to hammer BERGENFIELD POLICE which utilizes the same freq with a dpl of 734 in Bergen County NJ.
