Call Sign Change and Subscription

Hi, I am thinking about upgrading to Premium in order to download frequencies to my Yaesu FTM 400.

When I created an account I accidentally typed my call sign in and that got saved.

I've requested a change but I've not heard back.

Can I go ahead and upgrade to premium before the change in call sign or must I wait for the change?

9 times out of 10, name change will be a no.

Buy premium doesn't allow you to change your name either which kind of stinks too, but it is what it is.
You don't need to have premium to import frequencies into your radio. You can copy and paste them so it's free - just importing directly via the program is why it costs money.

Changing your username is no problem but you must contact support@radioreference.com to have it done.

Yep so just give it a little bit of time, you've only made two posts and they like to moderate new members posts a little bit, maybe a handful of post, the forums manager said you could do it and you followed his instructions.

You can go and participate two or three more posts in a thread that you're interested in and I think you'll get a reply soon enough. Welcome to radio reference. :)

Forums moderation and the email support link are two different things. Looks like his support email just got lost in the shuffle somewhere.
