Ok heres the setup,

I am putting together a new antenna system for milair monitoring. This is what i have,
A DPD productions log perodic(225-400 mhz),and a 10 element 2 meter beam. I am feading these antennas with Belden RG-11 and runnin antenna mounted 10db preamps on both. Also I have bought a nice rotator to turn them, A CDE Ham II. My idea is to mount them both on the same rotating structure, the DPD log perodic of course covers my 225-400 band and the 2 meter beam will do a good job for 138-144mhz A/A comms. Feeding these to a 2 position coax switch and then to a ICOM r7000. My targets with this setup are a few distant moas around my area, between 150-300 miles away. And now to the question, I am wanting to mount them both and the same pole coming out of this rotator, should i stack them vertically, or build a "T" shaped mount at the top and space them horizontally? And also how far should they be spaced not to interfere with each other?

Thanks,
Jody KG4FVG
