i am a dispatcher here so i know who is who. i just havent been able to call anyone and ask whats up. its a Calloway county unit on the CCFR that what i didnt understand. CCSO is on UHF 460.3250 and CCFR is on VHF 154.3400 thats very diffrent radio.
could he be a volunteer? sometimes law enforcement has fire radios so they can communicate, especially if he rides remote areas frequently... he'd need the two different radios.... i'd like to know as well, just curious mainly.... have a merry and happy....
no its the Assistent sheriff, during the 6-2 and the K-9 units during the2-10 and a deputie during the 10-6, I"ll get in contact with them when i go back to work and see why they did or still are doing this. Yeah, you have a merry x-mas also, and be safe out there
yeah i have been woundering that also, i was thinking they was letting the deputie closer to the repeater use the SO channel and the unit that was in the Army Hummer use the CCFR freq since he was away from a mobile and using a handheld only. i have no ideal its very confusing.
