Calls coverage question

Hi, Thank you guys for making all this possible! I just noticed that the calls coverage for Rockingham County,NC only has fire dispatch available now. It did have sheriffs and city police departments.now does not. Can anyone please let me know what’s up? Thank you

Looks like several cities are still covered in Broadcastify. Whoever was feeding RR has apparently stopped could be lack of interest or equipment issues.

It is up to the feed provider what they submit to broadcast. So you might find it on another feed. However just a heads up more feeds will probably be changing with Phase 2 coming this year and plus encryption

The sole calls node in Rockingham County has been offline for a few days:


If/when that node comes back online, you should see the missing agencies re-appear. There is no other VIPER calls node close enough to receive traffic for Rockingham County.

The reason you can still see fire dispatch listed is due to the fact that Rockingham Fire Dispatch is being provided by a conventional-only (not VIPER) node in neighboring Caswell County (Node 4013: Caswell County (Conventional) (Caswell County) - Live). The provider of that node has included the Rockingham County Fire UHF simulcast frequency in addition to the Caswell County frequencies.

Thank you for comment. Yeah,It was down for 1 day but it’s up and running now. When it came back up ,under calls coverage the only thing showing is fire dispatch vs EdenPD,Madison/Mayodan,Reidsville,Sheriff dept,Rescue squad ,EMS,Etc.

i was the one providing the calls feed for broadcastify, but i kept having issues with the SDR causing the computer to crash every few hours, it began to become a hassle to keep up and running. Currently i have just fire channel streaming from an MTS2000, and its a lot more reliable. Hopefully i can work out the problems eventually but i have a lot of other stuff going on at the moment and don't have time to really diagnose the problems right now. Sorry
