I have a TeamSpeak server with two scanners located in Cambria County, PA.

One feed is CamTran Urban, which is the local public transit buses in the area.
NOTE: CamTran's feed is not bad, can be slow often, but other times can be darn good. Especially bus accidents or bus breakdowns. On this feed, you can hear the buses plus the dispatcher normally tells the buses where all the public safety is going, so it basically sums up scanner 2 for the most part.
NOTE: Due to CamTran hours, scanner 1 is normally silent during late night/early morning hours, so you don't assume the feed/scanner is down/broken.
The other feed is public safety in Cambria County, including
UPJ Police
HGA Security
Conemaugh Security (Lee/Main)
Galleria Security (comes in for the most part in the West End of Johnstown)
Secondary and Third channels of local police
Johnstown Public Works (good for snow plowing)
CamTran Rural/Ebensburg/North (same thing just called by all those names)
Some HAM
And occasionally you will hear the Inclined Plane
NOTE: Scanner 2 is negotiable, for example, if you know of an event that will give a lot of traffic, you can PM me and I can see about making it a special feed for a little while. Also, if you know of a really good channel, perhaps it could be added. So basically if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, whatever, contact me.
Also, for special events like "Thunder in the Valley", "Johnstown Folk Festival", "Halloween Parade", etc, I hope to (and most likely will) make scanner 2 have all the freqs that will be active during said event, and definitely scanner 1 (CamTran Urban) will be worth a listen, because it explodes during special events with "Portable" or basically supervisor units. Only thing that will suck is if the power hickups or goes stupid during the event, though I may put scanner 2 on a laptop for the event, so the scanner will still go for like 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours, which should be plenty until the power comes back on.
During the last Halloween Parade '08, CamTran Urban had to close down the Transit Center and park buses on Vine St, I believe near Vine St Towers.
Also, scanner 1 mainly but also scanner 2 is constantly being recorded, so if you want a recording of something, just please PM me and I can send it to you. I use VOX recorders so I can give you what you want if you can at least give me an approximate time you heard whatever.
Also, there is a voice chat channel (Main Chat Channel) if you just want to talk to some others there.
