Noticed a lot of county dispatch RID's have changed. A lot are not "visible" on my XT receiver, not encryption but I'm thinking they have switched to TDMA. I hope someone with a phase2 could confirm if phase 2 and also if encryption in use. Citys that are not dispatched by county still have the same ID's and in the clear.
