There may still be some traffic on the old 2808 system, but it is because those users have ignored the warnings that the old system is going to be taken down. They've been hearing that same thing for years, so they think it's another bluff by the system admin. Once we remove the repeaters and the controllers, then they'll have to switch to the new system, or just go without radios.
