Came across this patent
It seems to be taking one or several existing phase-shifting radio comm protocols.
And just assigning different names to the components of the system, than typically used.
(or at least this is my high level understanding).
My question to more knowledgeable folks, can a communication protocol even be patented.
And if yes, are there minimal standards of what constitutes an original idea in this area?
