Can anyone identify the problem here?

Thanx for that jonwienke.I should add that it's only on that site (Flightradar 24) that this occurs and also,when I tried Firefox,everything was fine.The INVIDIA drivers are all up to date also so it may be a Chrome thing.It started off with just one or two black squares per session and has progressed to what you see in the video.It doesn't occur on any other site ever.

Could also be a video cable or connector issue.
i chased a similar problem for 2 days (years ago)
and it turned out being the video cable WAS NOT
PLUGGED IN ALL THE WAY.
2 days wasted

Make sure the fan(s) on the video card are working and not packed full of dust. It may be overheating.

I had that on Chrome and Facebook for a while.. Not sure what fixed it, but haven't seen it in months..

Now I remember, I disabled the Ghostery extension and it cleared up..
