Can anyone identify this clamp

Can anyone help me identify this clamp and where it can be purchased? I cant seem to find it anyplace

Chameleon Antenna and Alpha Antenna both sell the mount but I think they supply an SO-239 to 3/8-24 thread adapter instead of a double female SO-239. I have one from Chameleon. If given a choice buying from either company I would take Chameleon over Alpha any day.

Indeed! And I have these mounts from both vendors. I was able to replace the thread mount on at least one of those, don’t remember which one off hand.
