Can anyone program a saber III for me?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone in the RI area has the capability to program the older moto systems saber III radio's? I just picked one up off ebay and need to get it programmed asap. I live.work in the South County but can go anywhere. Ill have no problem paying for the job. Thanks
