Nothing like patting yourself on the back<laughing>. Well deserved though. It IS the best, most accurate, and up to date. And... to the OP, don't let the "Updated 11/3/09" on the cover page be misleading. John updates the file whenever he finds or receives new information, so it has actually been updated since then.
