I'm going to take a leap and guess that since the MARCS IP is listed as Phase II, that the HP doesn't want to see the system. I'm just presuming. When I was back home in Cleveland last year, my PSR-800 went with me, as well as, my 396XT. 800 had no problems with the system.

No talk groups are using TDMA to my knowledge and I monitor the system just fine with my HP1.
