Can multiple RTL-SDRs use bias T when splitting from an LNA thats BiasT powered? Or should none of them use it since its connected.

Normally the LNA is powered by only ONE of the receivers (RTL-SDRs).
So if you connect more than one RTL-SDR dongle with Bias-T function to a LNA powered by Bias-T, then you have to use a DC blocker for all other dongles with Bias-T function, that actually don't power the LNA.
If the other dongles don't have a Bias-T function, no DC blocker is needed for them.
