Can no longer pick up Franklin Co va sheriff

[MWS]

I live in Franklin Co / Rocky Mount Va. I can no longer pick up the Sheriff Dispatch/Police Dept.
I know longer hear anything on these feqs at all. I have a Whistler 1080 scanner. I have it set to the right tones. It may be something else that I’m doing. Does any one else notice or know ? Thank You
