Can not contact a member selling an item in Classified Section ?

Hello,
I am trying to send a message to seller in Classified Area. I am interested in purchasing his item for sale.
I realized my premium was expired. I renewed my premium membership thinking that was the reason i could not contact him.
But I still cant contact the seller even after upgrading my renewal to premium member again?
I even went to his profile, but no way to send a Private Message either ? Am I missing something ?

ok. Thank you for the info... now would you know how many posts I will need to make in order to give money to someone that is looking to sell that item and hopefully it isnt sold before all these needed posts I now need to make ? Cause I do not wanna miss out on the item being sold .

Update... mission completed. Thank you again. Message was able to sent to seller. Hopefully the transaction will be completed later today after the seller sees my reply to his ad.

Yes he did and we are both happy campers with a completed transaction. looking forward to my new purchase and it all worked. I am glad for the fast response so that I could work on that little posting bump in the road.

It saids "Messages" but it is the indicator of "issue or not" as I recall. I don't remember the threshold number, but someone will likely come along with that information.

Go to a few threads / posts and start interacting with the topic that might be of interest.. that is what I did to get past that threshold in order to message the seller of the item I was interested in. You are not far away from being able to do what you need to do ..
