Can not get Lake of the Ozarks Water Patrol on BCD436HP

I have a Uniden BCD436HP. I used Sentinel to load MOSWIN Troop F: Dispatch 2. When I turn on the scanner, I just get a "nothing to scan" message. It shows up in Sentinel as TG 20157. Everything appears to be on, am I missing something?

First off, are you new to the 436 and programming this model?

Yes. I’ve followed the tutorials on Uniden’s support site.

Do you have all service types enabled? This usually is the cause of the problem.

1. Did you setup a Quick Key?
2. Did you setup to Download?
3. Did you setup the Quick key to SCAN?

In Sentinel make sure you enable "Download to Scanner."

You need to enter a zip code in order to scan...

For example: use the zip code for Sunrise Beach... 65079. Or use the zip code from where ever you might be staying at the lake.
