Sentinel: can not open sentinel program zip file

Hello to all I purchased sds100 scanner downloaded sentinel program but cannot open it because a prompt appears on my computer stating that it is not a safe program, unknow author, and could harm my computer I don't know how to override this or possibly change settings I'm thinking someone could send me the sentinel program, not zipped or compressed so maybe i can download and open it. unless there is something else someone can offer Thanks

Below is Unidens page with Sentinel. It is safe to run. You will get the same warning even if someone sends you a copy of the download.

Thank you so much I think the problem is with the settings in my computer still will not open may need a computer wiz to help
It seems to me that it's running in the background oh well
