Can PRO-96 be Rebanded?

I was told when Hendricks County rebanded in September, that my Pro-96 can't be reband. Can anyone give me some more information on this?

Yes the Radio Shack Pro-96 CAN be rebanded. I own one and it has been done. Works great.

Yes using WIN96, or ARC96 software using the multitable options you can do rebanded, and always also click on the expanded freqs option also. I have owned 2 and loved them. One died from drowning... One shorted out from an battery meltdown.... Hope to get another one day..... As long as IDPS never goes TDMA, and SAFE-T also.... They are awesome on both systems.
