Can Sold items please be deleted?

I am going through the sale items only to find all the ones I want are already sold.

No, Sold items can't be deleted. If there's ever a problem with the transaction, we'd have no way of going back to see what the transaction was.

Agreed, but IF people use it. I have come across numerous listings, not only here but also at just about every venue that allows a classified section, that are sold yet the seller is too lazy to mark them as sold.

You sure about that? I see the tags when browsing each category.
