I would first restart the scanner.

If it still doesn't work then something is blocking the TCP connection to the scanner. You may have checked your antivirus and firewall software many times but may want to check more and dig deeper into the root cause.
I've seen after the 8th try "Oh I forgot about this or that"

Sounds reasonable. Thanks

First picture is Windows 11, second picture is Windows 10. Same steps multiple times at nauseum, on both devices. One worked and the other doesn't.
It's not a Win 11 problem but something running on the Win 11 computer is blocking the connection.

I did. Trust me. Ok man. thanks.
Does that include restarting the scanner?

I just thought of something. Only one app at a time, or more then one instance of ProScan can access the scanner LAN audio so on the Win 10 computer, turn off the audio URL by selecting None or selecting the primary sound input. Turn off the Recorder to make the change.
I would power cycle the scanner again then try it on the Win 11 computer.

After you get the Win 11 scanner audio working then there is a workaround to get the Win 10 computer working with the scanner audio. See this document.

I'm done for today, sir. But where is "Only one app at a time, or more then one instance of ProScan can access the scanner LAN" in your seven steps to do, to insure Proscan audio will work for the consumer?

Yes. nothing.
That's strange That routine is the same for the data side. If you can Ping 192.168.1.107 then the Auto detect should work. I see your display is communicating with the scanner so I don't know what's going on. Maybe skip that part for now.
The URL Audio Setup image on the left side looks like it started to connect. The Bytes RX count is low. Press the Reconnect button and see if it connects and the Bytes RX count increments.

I hate to sound like a broken record but please go over these items again. In addition, power cycle your router and computer. If rebooting the scanner, then always reboot the scanner afterwards. {edit} Swap out the Ethernet cable too.
