I have googled and watched every YouTube I can find. only when I go to play it says "no tuner" Thanks for any help

Don't have all the answers but anytime I get those long lines in the display and no tuner available, it ends up being a bad connection, my hand bumping the dongle on a bad usb causes that. Don't know it all but maybe that will help you in someway

Try exiting SDRTunk, carefully uplug your dongle/dongles then plug them in one at a time. Restart SDRTrunk.

The traffic channels may be outside the bandwidth of the SDR monitoring the control channel - what site are you monitoring?

Why do you have a P25 trunked simulcast site setup as individual channels? All you need is a single channel in SDRTrunk with the control channel frequencies added. It will create the traffic channels dynamically as needed.

And by the way, the Greene County simulcast of the MARCS-IP system cannot be covered by a single RTL dongle, it spans from 854.9625 to 858.8875.
