Can Someone Send me police frequencies for download

Does anyone have all of the police frequencies and ids for Toronto, Mississauga, Halton or Hamilton and digital OPP channels that can be emailed to me so I dont have to type them all in????
I have a bc250d with the digital card and i just bought Butels programming software...

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

No... but

You can use arc250 to program them in. The easiest thing to do is to copy and past from this site into Excel, re-arrange as required and then copy and paste into arc250
