no if you want a good digital scanner used that will get opp cheap check out my posting in the for sale forum there are a couple in the toronto area for sale all are pro 96 what i think of as the best scanner ever made

The answer is YES and NO:

Yes, it will pick up analog limited OPP traffic from vehicle repeaters (VRs), other low-power
fixed repeaters (BEAT, URBAN) as detailed in the database here, and simplex SIM11.
Most of this requires you be close to the source (within a few km).

No, it will not pick up digital OPP transmissions on the Fleetnet system, which you can
receive at greater distances; also as detailed in the RR Database.
