can you allow .hpe files please?

we are posting them now as xxxxx.hpe.txt to get them thru
i know its just a matter of adding the file type in to the forum to allow it
unless there is some other reason im not aware of ??

sure that works, but its just another step before posting, same as renaming
and its not really necessary to zip a 3kb file.

I'll live just fine without, just a suggestion.
