Trooper, "man in T-Shirt and Shorts with a chain pulled caller out of the ditch".

A few good old ones, too. For example PD dispatch to mobile units: "cat burglar attempting access to back door, XYZ Main street. CSO, copy your screen." If it would've been a real cat burglar, a regular unit would've been dispatched instead of a CSO; in this case the "cat burglar" was a neighbors' cat (in heat) climbing up the screen door, trying to gain access to the home-owners' cat--the home owner happened to be a panicky elderly lady who absolutely insisted an officer come to help.

saw that (maybe even posted there a while ago). Nothing wrong with a fresh re-start, I guess; especially with all the stuff going on in the world, we could certainly use a chuckle.
