It's the Procomm SP800 spider antenna.

It's a cheap VHF/UHF multiband antenna. I think there are several manufacturers. I don't remember who.

No it's not. It has more elements than the Procomm.

Well i bought it..it was cheap enough. Got that and a Diamond SRH320A for 55$. gonna run em up the pole and see what happens!
