You can. Go to the database, select your state then county and see if any have been submitted.

Well I did submit multiple 10 codes and maps for different cities and they were posted. I no longer see them up, that is why I was wondering if you had to be a subscriber.

They are listed on the "Codes and Maps" Tab in a county.

You do not have to be a subscribing user to see any of the data in the database, all data that has been submitted by anyone is freely available for viewing without a subscription.

Sorry guys, I figured it out. I was clicking the Dallas/Fort Worth "quick link" instead of on Tarrant County.
