For MTS Fleetnet , you will need digital . Look at Pro 96,GRE 500, BCD 396T for hand held.
and Pro 2096, GRE 600 , BCD 996T for base/mobile.

Look at the WIKI on the home page for digital scanners , they're all there.

The BC 898T will just allow analog , so you will miss some interesting comms.

I have the 898t good scanner but if you are going to be monitoring digital this will not do the job either pro-2096 or the 396t
