They have started broadcasting morse at every half-hour, not every thiry minutes, but at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30... This started about 2 months ago, if I remember right. Anyone know what it is? 155.8050

That is probably the FCC callsign of the licensee. That is sent to fullfill the station ID requirements for the FCC.
