Canadian Military Transport A/C & Mode S?

Does anyone know if the Canadian Military Transport aircraft ie CC130 or CC117's use the Mode S during flights in Canada? This thread came as a result of another thread on Radar Box's . I'm just trying to find out if our guys use Mode S? thanks
