Canadian pacific railroad police

It appears that Canadian Pacific Railroad Police have some frequencies licensed to them at there main yard in Milwaukee, WI (Muskego Yard) I see on the FCC grants they are going to be using 161.205 and 161.440 has anyone heard them in use? I know lots of railroad police use cell phones and sometimes talk on the railroad frequencies to talk to train crews, also in the Daily users of WISCOM it says Canadian National Railroad Police is a daily user I haven’t ever heard them on WISCOM

Someone that works for them told me that they use cell phone with WAVE radio app to their dispatch center in Calgary as well as train radio.
