You don't show to be a paid (Premium) member. In fact you don't show to have ever been a premium member.

And it looks like the renewal is automatic unless you manually cancel it...
You may cancel your subscription and request deletion of your account at any time but no refund shall be issued.
If you forgot to cancel a renewal and the renewal payment is completed we will provide a refund minus a £1 admin fee providing you notify us within 24 hours of the payment being made and have not used the account since the payment was made.
Cancellation of unused accounts shall be at our discretion and shall incur a £1 admin fee.
Duplicate payments will be refunded minus a £1 per transaction admin fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time if the Subscriber breaches any of the terms & conditions agreed to.

I just got renewed my premium subscription today. Can I please cancel and get refunded. Doesn't have the Info it had years ago.
Then why did you renew your subscription?
Anyway, I don't believe refunds are given but you are more than welcome to send an email to support@radioreference.com and ask.

I was trying to program a scanner and thought it would have e Cleveland Ohio Emergency, police fire, frequencies. I can't find them, unless I doing something wrong.
