Cannot Enter ESN on my.uniden site

I'm trying to purchase the DMR upgrade, and when trying to enter the ESN, the website only lets me put in 11 characters. I tried with and without the "SN". I cannot enter the entire ESN.

Any ideas?

Just enter the last nine digits and give it a try.

OK, that helped. The first three digits are already represented, I just saw on the website. Thanks everyone for your help.

You are certainly not the first one who has had this issue with the design of the forms on the Uniden website.
