Cannot login via Laptop/PC ; yet Android Login just fine

Hi

For some reason U have been unable to get.logged.into the site when I use my laptop/desktop. Android S25 Ultra Login using EXACT same credentials is fine. This is weird. Even if I logout via my phone Login and retry with the laptop it refuses to recognize my login user name: N9NU and my password (reset twice). N9NU is all caps according to my account information. I even try using my email as the user name.

Firefox cache, etc, is never enabled - as in I don't use cache or history, etc.

Anyone have ideas? I need to print some database .pdf files out and from the Android its lacks full print compatibility; thus the need for my Laptop login.

That sure sounds like a cache issue to me. Have you tried using another browser?

Was the cell phone using 5g or WiFi?

Check to see if cookies are enabled for RR on your laptop/PC, that's all I can think of off the top of this aging mind.

Haven't heard from the OP since the original post. My guess is that he solved the problem and has moved on. You can see from his post count that he's not a particularly chatty fellow.
