Ok, I’m traveling today and tomorrow but will try to troubleshoot further on Friday. If anyone can take a video or screencast of the behavior I would appreciate it

Ok folks, I figured out the problem. You guys haven't logged on in a LONG time, and a password reset was required for your account but it was redirecting to an old page to do that that doesn't exist any more. We had everyone reset their passwords last Fall.

I've temporarily disabled that password reset until I can update properly. Let me know if this resolved the issue. Thanks,
