Can't connect to RR

My feed went down and I am unable to reconnect to RR. I can not connect with Proscan or Scannercast. I have 2 feeds and used ProScan for one and scannercast for the other. I tried rebooting and connecting on a second computer, no luck. This is the error:

"Failed to connect to RR Server: audio3.radioreference.com/644187510. A connection attempt failed because the connection party did not properly respond after a period of time or established connection failed because connection host failed to respond."

Any Ideas?

I seem to be having an issue. Would it happen to be anything on your side. It's having trouble connecting to audio3.broadcastify.com
