Can't edit thread title

I wanted to edit my thread title and did but it only shows the edit after the thread is opened. The title is not revised when exiting the thread.
The thread in question is titled Timming the RS Discone but I wanted the word Timming changed to Trimming.

I would say that you should go back to that post and click on the red triangle "report this post". The reason being is that it will call a moderator's attention to it quicker than this post will.

There are nine moderators in the antenna forum and one of them should see your post report and would probably oblige you.

Speaking about VBB (the software running this board) boards in general......

If you are the thread starter and you click the Edit Post button within the opening post, you get a limited editor window. If you then click "Go Advanced", you get a full editor which includes access to the thread title.

That said, RR Admin may have blocked or time limited that ability.

I did edit it that way but it is only changed in the open the thread. Please tell me what my title says before you open it and then what it says after the thread is opened. The thread is located at Topic Specific Forums under the Antenna / Hardware forum.

It's ok once you open

your thread, correct spelling. In the "Topic Specific Forums " it still shows as you mentioned.

It changes the title in the post itself - only forum moderators can change the actual topic title. As was suggested above, report the post with the red-white-and-black triangle/exclamation-point icon.

Oh. Whoops. You're right.I was gonna say I didn't think you could edit the title which is why I tested it. But replies are different than threads I guess.
