I live near the Mojave Indian Tribe in Mohave Valley AZ. I can find no license, or listing for Mojave tribal police. They have a listing for 155.850 but no traffic. I hear them on a trunked system on 902.2875 to 907.2875. These are listed as ham freqs most places...

Any ideas????

yup
902 / 2 = 450

Are you actually hearing an image of 450 Mhz freqs?

Any chance they are using BIA / federal freqs? High band or UHF ?

A number of years ago they were reported to be using 155.850 in the simplex mode. Try this one.

Any idea which BIA.gov "Agency" they are served by?

All my searches point to the "Colorado River Agency" and they have used
172.4250 in the past

About Us | Fort Mojave Indian Tribe

Fort Mojave Indian Tribe has land in 3 states. HQ is in Needles CA. Same people as Mojave Valley AZ? (yup - per - http://www.fortmojaveplanning.org/ )

Maybe their radio licenses can be found under "Fort Mojave" in Needles CA

Seems to me that sometimes the Indians pay for their own police, sometimes the Feds pay for them. Maybe sometimes the Feds give money to the tribe to pay for the police. Maybe sometimes the tribe pays the feds for police protection. Sometimes the police are tribal employees - sometimes they are federal employees. Sometimes the dispatchers are feds - sometimes they are locals. Seems like a real mix and match to me.

The call sign on 902.2875 and 904.2875 is WNHV958, it comes back to Wecom, a two-way company in Kingman, but it's an 800MHz license. Any chance this is a multiple of the 800MHz freq?

Certainly sounds [based on the Call Sign being 800 Mhz] like it's an image.
