Can't find ChatCom (Sandy Springs / John's Creek)

Also I have been trying to hear gwinnett,dekalb, atlanta, and marta, have tried digitigal and analog setup,
and dont hear anything..
Are all of those counties above completely digital now?

Glad you have Fulco working. How long since you listened to the scanner Gwinnett has been digital P-25 since Oct, 2008. Only the FD can be heard there. DeKalb went P-25 around the same time. Atlanta is definitely P-25 for over two years. MARTA is a combo of analog/digital. Trains and buses are analog, PD is digital. Hall County is digital P-25 with just FD and some jail TG's in the clear. That happened around 2009. Forsyth County is P-25. They went P-25 late 2006/early 2007.

Only listen to Cobb p25, Cherokee analog and Fulton mot ii on drive to and From work. Can't hear gwin digital or Atlanta dig or dekaliter dig
In my car but may be due to my mobile handheld in the car not picking up signal. Seems at least like I could hear Marta analog or dig while riding thru Fulton on hwy 92

I went ahead and programmed by bc396t with arc396 with the radioreference feature.
Fulton works fine, hearing some ATL, other groups, Gwinnett/Dekalb have not made a peep.
I am not sure how to trunk p25 and Mot on same system in my bc396t.
I see the digital tgid's in my mot ii system for Marta, but will make a new system with the digital id's (p25) and see if I hear anything from them.
The last thing I ever heard from Marta was back in the Analog days (400 uhf band)
I figure if I see the busses up here in Fulton (Alpharetta) , I should be hearing some chatter too!

Posted this in another thread, but my Marta trunking works now with 800 custom and the band plan mentioned with the BC396t firmware instructions that I used.
Reprogrammed it with Freescan via RR database, worked great!
