Good day all!

I am monitoring NYC air traffic from Staten Island. I input all the freq's. for Newark, La Guardia and JFK from the RR database into my scanner. Newark tower keeps telling pilots to switch over to 120.15. I looked up this freq. and the RR freq. search has no listing for this freq. in NY, NJ or any other nearby state.
I hear traffic super loud and clear on this freq. with my balcony antenna. Anyone know what this freq. is used for?

Please help, thank you!

P.S. There are plenty of other frequencies that are loud and clear that cannot be found by search either. Not listed is the reply.

I used to live 10 miles from Newark and 120.15 is Newark Initial Approach from the North and West after being handed off from Tracon/Center frequencies.
