Cant find talk group?

All day yesterday, I heard ISP talking on 13089 about dropping off trailers to another district.
I cant seem to fing this talk group in the database.

Where are you at in Ill.
I am in Berueau Conuty. I have a pro 164. I cannot hear anything on the trunking. I have it programed and it is on on. "MT" I see the ID # at bottem of display I have in entered all of Ids so what am I doing wrong.

Buzzy: If you are trying to hear the StarCom21 system you can not with the PRO164. StarCom21 is entirely digital and can not be heard on analog only scanners like the PRO164. Also, in your area some of the sites use 700 MHz., also impossible to hear on the 164.

You need one of the newer Uniden or GRE scanners, such as the PSR500, PSR600, BCD996T or BCD396T. These do digital and 700 MHz.

As for TG 13089, we have had reports of it's use but we have not been able to pin down for what yet. It is likely an ISP talkgroup being in the 13,000 series.
