Can't find thread

I done several forum searches with various terms and combinations and cannot find a thread that I know exists.

Where is the thread about the special DCPD neighborhood detail that caused all the controversy, especially after they had to call it off because the criminals had a wild night elsewhere?

After finding information about the situation from other sources, I came back here and did one more search with another term and found it.

Dave I believe it was in the Wasteland and searches wont show it. YOu may try a google search sometimes that works.............Hoser
