SDS100/SDS200: Can't find waterfall download

I have gone to Uniden.com and my.uniden.com but I can't find a location on either website to download the waterfall upgrade.
How do I properly find it?
I have found it very easily on Bearcat warehouse but I have read that their price is jacked up.
I have the latest firmware update for my sds100 and I see in the settings the spot to enter the key.

If you have the latest firmware, the Waterfall Feature is already in your scanner. You need to login to my.uniden.com to register your scanner and purchase the key to enable it. The key will be emailed to you. You just need to go to Settings, Upgrade, and Upgrade Waterfall to enter the key in the scanner menu.

Ok. I entered the serial number. Now it wants an electronic serial number and the 3 digit checksum characters.

Where do I find them.

I found them. Under firmware version in the scanners menu. Sorry to bother ya'll.
