Cant get alpha tags on scanner radio pro

I purchased the scanner app from Gordon Edwards the pro edition. On the Boston police/Fire/EMS Feed I cannot see the alpha tags that are supposed to be there.I have the play store market. Any suggestions?

hmm unless the feed provider displays them. no other way to get em?. Contact feed provider perhaps?

I'm logged in now with both the Java Web Player and Scanner Radio Deluxe on iOS and both are showing tags.

Did you turn on Parse Metadata in Player Settings in Scanner Radio App?
